A Dretch is a small, repulsive demon known for its foul stench and grotesque appearance. These fiends stand about 4 feet tall and weigh around 180 pounds. They have bloated, warty bodies, clawed hands, and a mouth full of sharp teeth. Dretches are among the weakest of demons, often used as cannon fodder by more powerful fiends.
In combat, Dretches can make two attacks: one with their bite and one with their claws. They also have a unique ability called “Fetid Cloud,” which releases a disgusting green gas that can poison nearby creatures. Despite their lack of intelligence and strength, Dretches are relentless and driven by a desire to cause harm and suffering
