Return & Exchange Policy
At Ice’s Mimii’s, we strive to ensure that our customers are satisfied with their purchases. Please review our return and exchange policy below:

No Returns Accepted: We do not accept returns for any of our products. All sales are final.
2. Damaged or Defective Items

Replacement Policy: If your package arrives damaged or if the item is defective, we will be more than happy to send you a replacement at no additional cost. Please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order to report any issues.

Proof of Damage: To process a replacement, we require photographic evidence of the damaged or defective item. Please email the photos along with your order number to Icesmimis@gmail.com.
3. Refunds

No Refunds Issued: At this time, we do not issue refunds. However, we may offer in-store credit on a case-by-case basis. Please contact us to discuss your situation if you believe you are eligible for in-store credit.
4. Exchanges

Exchange Policy: We allow exchanges for items of the same price value or higher. If the new item is of higher value, the customer is responsible for paying the difference in price.

Shipping Costs: The customer is responsible for the cost of shipping the item back to us for an exchange. We will cover the shipping cost for the new item to be sent out.

Condition of Returned Items: If the exchanged item is received in a damaged condition, we will not complete the exchange. The customer will need to pay the shipping cost to return the item to them.

Exchange Process: To initiate an exchange, please get in touch with us within 14 days of receiving your order. Provide your order number and details of the item you wish to exchange. We will process the exchange once we receive the returned item in its original condition.
